Hi all my cadets,
Firstly I would like to congratulate everyone for help the WRSS NCC unit to attain the Gold unit once again for BUC 2009 !
Like what Mr Soong has said yesterday, it's not only the senior's effort which made this happen, but each and every single one of us contribution, be it big contribution or small contribution that managed to attain the Gold unit. So once again, thank you everyone and hope you guys can take this as a motivation to come for training regularly!
Secondly, I would like to also express my many thanks to the Part D/D1 for their contribution in the NCC throughout their 4/5 years in the Corps. I must say that we really enjoyed working with you guys although sometimes you all might make mistakes here and there, but most importantly, I hoped that through all these, you guys had gained some life experiences and working skills which might be relavant to you guys in your future endeavors. Once again, thank you and all the best for your exams and eventually, your 'O' and 'N' level!
To my part Cs, you guys are going for Spec course very very soon, in fact, in 2 days time. I hope you guys have understood all the lectures and what the seniors, CLTs or even myself had taught you. If you guys still have any questions, feel free to ask around today and clarify your doubts. By Sunday night, you should be fully charged and ready for the Spec course. After spec course, it will be another stepping stone in your NCC life as a Specialist. So we look forward in working with you guys and all the best for your Spec course/ADC.
Lastly, WRSS NCC-PDS unit has finally coming its way after much awaiting! Like what Mr Soong said, he wanted 20 Part B cadets to be invovled in the PDS squad, but however, if there're any Part C cadets who wishes to be involved as well, do send me an email at kelvin_low93@hotmail.com and I can help you in processing your request to Mr Soong. For the Part D/D1, if you wish to learn you are also welcomed to join in the future trainings, ONLY if you can manage your time well with your academics.
That's all for my post, and wishing everyone a Happy Holidays!

Woodlands Ring NCC cadets :
Regarding the issue on the attire for Total Defence Day, only those who're involved in the Total Defence performance are required to wear No.4 on the day itself. Those who're not involved in the performance, you'll be wearing what you're being instructed to wear on the day by the school.
Hope this answers some of your question for those who came forward and asked me. And please do help to spread this message to the rest of your friends who're not aware of this instructions. Thank You.
