4TH ADVANCED DRILL COURSE

Congratulations to all the cadets involved who has been successfully promoted to 3rd Sergeant (3SG).

Though I'm kinda disappointed that no one has graduated with a rooftop (2nd Sergeant), but still happy that most of you made it through. As leaders, I hope all of you can be a role model to the rest of the Part 'A's and 'B's.

Do remember, work hard and there's still internal promotion for all of you. If you need help, find out from me, the senior specs or even CLTs, I will still be around for trainings till term 2 ends. ( i think ) .

ADC graduands, do share your knowledge with the rest of your fellow cadets. So when it comes to parade, you will know what to do (winks).

Work hard ! for those who wants high positions, start from now ! BEST WISHES TO ALL OF YOU !
