It is the last day of the month for January 2010 and let me sum up the contributions done by you guys so far.
Firstly, I would like to thank and appreciate all of the cadets from Part B to Part D1 who has came back for most of the weekly trainings and unit events, well done !
Secondly, I would also like to recognize the efforts contributed by the Part Ds and D1s in making every training possible and the smooth running of the programmes and the unity in training our cadets. However, there're still room for improvements for you to be a better specialist and a better leader so I hope that you guys won't give up throughout or be too complacent and slack. Remember : PROFESSIONALISM and RESPONSIBILITY .
Thirdly, to the rest of the Part Bs and Cs cadets. I know you people has gone through numerous of tough trainings throughout the month, especially to the Part C cadets. The specialists and cadet officers might have been harsh on you, be it as a whole or individually, but I hope that you guys know our rationale behind all these is to prepare you guys for the Specialist course coming up during the March holidays and we want to set a certain standard and prepare you guys better for it. It's not going to be easy, but I'm sure that you will be sastified once you've attained the rank or maybe also the award that you've always wanted to achieve.
As for the Part Bs, you all are still Secondary 2. But however, the Part As will be joining us very soon and I want you guys to set a standard for your fellow juniors to follow and to lead by a good example. This includes your bearing and the way you conduct yourself in front of your juniors. I've seen you guys improving trainings after trainings, but like I said, there's still room for improvement so don't stop improving! Your PC, APC and training specialists might be strict with you guys , but still I also hope you people know the rationale behind their tough training.
Lastly, if anyone of you have any unhappiness towards any specialists or Cadet officers, do sound out to us. We are learning leaders and in order for us to learn, we've to know what we had done wrong so that we can change to be a better leader in future. I hope this won't hold you back from sounding out your comments and feelings towards anyone or regarding that particular trainings.
So once again, Good job to everyone of us and we hope February will be a better month ahead for WRSS NCC. May the force be with us!
C/OFFR Kelvin Low.
